7. Bookings and Service Agreements
A booking is only confirmed when we have accepted it in writing and, where applicable, payment or deposit terms have been met.
For organisational clients, the scope of work may be set out in a proposal, quotation, invoice, email, booking form, or separate contract.
For individual clients or programme participants, the scope of service may be set out on the relevant webpage, booking page, confirmation email, membership terms, or programme description.
You are responsible for ensuring that the service is suitable for your needs before booking.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees will be stated on the website, proposal, invoice, booking form, or separate agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:

- prices are in pounds sterling;
- late payment may result in cancellation, suspension, or delay of services;
- we may require payment in advance for certain services;
- we may charge reasonable costs for late payment recovery where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed bookings unless agreed otherwise.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may differ depending on the service type.
9.1 Organisational services
For training, workshops, consultancy, and speaking engagements, cancellation terms should be confirmed in the relevant proposal, invoice, or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- cancellations made more than 14 days before delivery may be refunded or rescheduled, minus any reasonable costs already incurred;
- cancellations made 14 days or less before delivery may be charged in full;
- reasonable preparation time, travel costs, venue costs, subcontractor costs, or materials already incurred may be non-refundable.
9.2 Individual bookings, programmes, and memberships
Where services are purchased online by consumers, statutory cancellation rights may apply.
For UK online and distance sales, consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period, although different rules apply to services, digital content, downloads, and work that begins during the cancellation period.
Where you ask us to begin providing a service during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided if you later cancel.
For digital content or immediate access materials, you may lose the right to cancel once access begins, where the law allows and where you have given the necessary consent and acknowledgement.
9.3 Non-attendance
If you do not attend a booked session, event, workshop, or programme without giving notice, no refund will usually be provided.
10. Rescheduling
We may agree to reschedule a service at our discretion.
We may also reschedule where necessary due to illness, emergency, safeguarding concerns, venue issues, technology failure, travel disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where we need to cancel a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will offer an appropriate refund for the part of the service not provided.
11. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- treat staff, facilitators, speakers, participants, and partners respectfully;

- not record sessions without permission;
- not share private links, materials, resources, or membership access without permission;
- tell us about access needs or relevant risks as early as possible.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a service, programme, event, or online space where their behaviour is abusive, unsafe, discriminatory, disruptive, unlawful, or harmful.
12. Safeguarding and Confidentiality
We aim to create respectful, trauma-informed, and professionally appropriate spaces.
However, confidentiality is not absolute. We may share information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
17. Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments
We aim to make our services accessible and inclusive where reasonably possible.
If you have access needs, communication preferences, or reasonable adjustment requests, please contact us as early as possible. We will consider reasonable adjustments, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be met.
18. Disclaimers
Our website content and resources are provided for general information, education, professional development, and support purposes.

19. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, Looking4Beautiful™ Ltd will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss;
- loss of profit, income, business, opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
- loss caused by inaccurate information provided by you;

For confirmed paid bookings, the terms agreed at the time of booking will usually apply unless changes are required by law or agreed in writing.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
